To Enable Console Cheats:
Look in your user.ini and look for "CheatsEnabled" and set it to true, looks
like you can have unlimited ammo as well by changing a setting in Unreal2.ini.

Start the game like this:
unreal2 Atlantis?MissionCompleted=1
Then you can skip all the useless pre mission stuff like briefing etc. etc.
