Start the game using a code as the command line parameter (argument).
Don't know what a parameter means huh? Search on the web.

Try:
a) Running in a DOS box within the game dir:
ztmnt.exe -unlocked

b) Make a Winblows shortcut to ztmnt.exe which is in your game dir.
add to the end of the target box: -unlocked
like: "X:\....\ztmnt.exe" -unlocked

NOTE: Levels are unlocked until you exit the game.
Saving the game will NOT save unlocked levels, as far as we saw...
