If you stop moving and don't touch the keyboard or mouse for a few minutes, a
screen will come up that shows a few different vehicles and rotates them.
If you have some trouble fighting those bikers on the old mine road, try
press LEFT+SHIFT+V to win when the fight starts. You might have to repeat
it a few times.
Press SHIFT-V during a fight on the old mine road to win it.
Press CTRL-C during the destruction derby to pass it.
